Emily joined Northeastern University as a Computer Engineering PhD student. She works on high-performance computing research, such as large-scale file systems and scalability of systems. She is advised by professor Devesh Tiwari. She is a GEM fellow, sponsored by Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Prior to joining Northeastern University, she completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Florida International University in Miami, Florida
